For merchandise that is unopened, unused, in the same condition and packaging that you received it, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will need satisfactory evidence of the issue (photos and/or videos). We do not accept return or exchange for equipment that’s been damaged due to mishandling. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returning your product may also incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, or accidents.
Kindly note that all shipping, handling costs and restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refund issued. If the returned items are damaged or lost before or during the return process, the costs of repair and/or replacement will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com, our support team can help you benefit from our shipping rates and provide you a prepaid return label, at your expense. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
